April was an important month for OPTIMISM’s dissemination strategy. The project prepared for a high-profile lecture hosted by IMarEST, scheduled for 30 April, where training content was presented to a global audience of maritime professionals. This event provided valuable feedback from the profession, contributing to the ongoing refinement of the course.
The project team also advanced work on assessment modules and continued to expand the Moodle platform. Features to support scenario-based learning and multilingual content are being integrated to make the platform accessible to diverse user groups. By engaging with leading international bodies, including IMO and IMarEST, the OPTIMISM project ensures that its outputs meet the highest professional standards and reflect real industry needs.
